Getting Started
How to submit your server
Step-by-step guide to listing your Minecraft server on MC-Servers.io, from filling in the form to getting approved.
What happens after submission?
Learn about the review process, approval timeline, and what we check before a server goes live.
How to claim your server listing
If your server is already listed, here's how to verify ownership and take control of the listing.
Voting
How does voting work?
Players can vote for your server once every 24 hours. Votes boost your ranking on the server list.
Setting up Votifier rewards
Configure the Votifier or NuVotifier plugin so your players receive in-game rewards when they vote.
Votifier vs NuVotifier — which should I use?
NuVotifier v2 is recommended for modern servers. Votifier v1 is still supported for legacy setups.
Premium & Sponsorship
Premium vs Sponsored — what's the difference?
Premium gives your server a diamond badge and priority placement. Sponsored gets a featured spot at the top.
How to upgrade your listing
Upgrade to Premium or Sponsored through your server dashboard. Billing is handled securely via Stripe.
Instant approval for premium servers
Premium and Sponsored submissions skip the review queue and go live immediately after payment.
Server Management
How uptime monitoring works
We ping your server every 5 minutes and record the result. Your uptime percentage is calculated over the last 30 days.
Editing your server listing
Claim your server first, then use the dashboard to update your description, categories, links, and more.
Why is my server showing offline?
Possible causes: firewall blocking our ping IP, wrong port, or the server is genuinely down. Troubleshooting guide.
For Players
How to find the right server
Use the category filters, platform filter (Java / Bedrock / Crossplay), and search to find your perfect server.
What do the badges mean?
Green = online, red = offline. Crown = Sponsored, Gem = Premium. Bedrock/Crossplay tags show platform support.
