Anarchy servers are the Wild West of Minecraft multiplayer. No rules, no moderators, no bans (usually). Griefing, hacking, and chaos are expected. For many players, that's exactly the appeal.
What is Anarchy Minecraft?
On anarchy servers, there are no gameplay rules enforced by staff. You can grief, steal, use hacked clients, build anywhere, and destroy anything. The only "rule" on most anarchy servers is that the server stays online. Some do have light anti-cheat to prevent the most extreme exploits, but the spirit is lawless freedom.
2b2t — The Original
2b2t (2builders2tools) is the oldest and most famous anarchy server in Minecraft, running since December 2010. Its map has never been reset, making it a living history of over 15 years of player activity. The queue to join can be hours long, but the server's legendary status keeps players coming back.
Tips for Surviving Anarchy
Get away from spawn immediately — spawn areas on anarchy servers are wastelands of lava, obsidian, and withers. Travel at least 100K blocks out before building. Never share your coordinates. Use a hacked client for basic necessities like speed and ESP — everyone else is. And always have an escape plan.
